Every minute, it checks for new emails and classifies them into 4 categories: 

🟥 High Priority

• Applies your “High Priority” label
• Uses GPT to generate a professional reply draft (saved as a Gmail Draft)

🟨 Advertisement

• Applies your “Advertisement” label
• Summarizes the email in 1–2 lines and logs it into Google Sheets (Sender, Subject, Summary, Recommendation)

🟩 Inquiry

• Applies your “Inquiry” label
• Auto-replies with a customer-service style response
• Includes a fallback instruction if the question can’t be answered

🟦 Finance/Billing

• Applies your “Finance/Billing” label
• Generates a short summary and forwards/replies to a designated address (easy finance routing)
