6. Multi-Layer Filtering System

A. First Filter: Is It Recruiting or Staffing?

If is_recruiting_staffing_firm = yes, the workflow continues.

Otherwise → lead gets marked as not qualified.

B. Second Filter: Is It B2B?

If is_b2b_focused = yes, the system proceeds.

If not → lead is disqualified.

C. Third Filter: Does the Company Have Fewer Than 50 Employees?

The workflow checks:
number_of_employees < 51

If yes → it qualifies for premium outreach.
If no → marked as “Not Qualified”.
